Yes, it's from another sister-in-law. This is some AWESOME stuff. Holy cow, it's divine. Great with chips, crackers, diced bread, fingers, toes, or shovels. It's just plain yummy!

Spinach Artichoke Dip
1/2 cup butter
1-8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed
small bottle of marinated artichokes, chopped but not drained
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 cup parmesan cheese
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add cream cheese, sour cream and spinach. Cook until hot and combined. Add the rest of ingredients. Cook a little longer. Pour into glass baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-40 minutes. I like to cook it until it browns at the top and is all bubbly. It may take a little longer. Serve hot.
